At Keune UAE, operated by Elysian Middle East, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
1. Conditions for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items purchased on clearance, promotions, or marked as “non-returnable.”
3. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your original method of payment.
- If you paid by card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges:
- At this time, we only process returns and refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return it first (subject to approval) and place a new order.
